Scott Chudley is a busy guy. The life-long Winnipegger and one time golf pro is now an Education Assistant, as well as a student studying to be a teacher. He is also a determined athlete and coordinator for the upcoming Spring Sprint for Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. Scott has good reason for adding this to his all-ready full plate – he is one of the 55,000 Canadians affected by a brain tumour.

An Ottawa law student by day and volunteer by night, Mireille Renaud is determined to turn pain into a purpose. As part of the large community of Canadians with a loved one touched by a brain tumour, Mireille now finds herself building connections with others because of this all-too common disease.

Lloydminster Spring Sprint: Survivor Committed to Hope for the Future
In less than one year, Veronica Bailey has travelled a wild emotional and physical journey that has taken her from comfortable retiree to brain tumour survivor and research fundraiser. Today, this journey has brought Veronica to a place of comfort and hope as she plans to participate in the annual Lloydminster Spring Sprint on Sunday, May 29 at Bud Miller Park.

Saskatoon Spring Sprint: Young Survivor & Family Raising Funds for Brain Tumour Research and Support
The middle child of Kirk and Kristen Friggstad, Kolbjorn (Kol) is eight-years old and is the only boy in the family of five children. Busy with piano, voice lessons, and home schooling, this Outlook, Saskatchewan family was unprepared for sudden change to their life when Kol was diagnosed with a brain tumour. Now, one year later, the entire Friggstad family is gearing up for the Saskatoon Spring Sprint to raise funds and awareness for Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
