Yes you can host an event in honour or in memory of someone. Please be sure to include that information of your event registration form.
Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada is unable to cover any costs associated with your event. Securing local sponsors and donations from businesses and other organizations with interest in your event is recommended.
You can direct your gift to Adult or Pediatric Research or Programs & Services. If you designate your gift for a specific purpose, your dollars will be used for that purpose only. If you do not specify where you would like your donation to go, it will be used where the need is greatest.
Yes, you are absolutely welcome to use a Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada logo. In fact, there is one designed specifically for community events. Please submit any materials that feature a Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada logo for review to Aaron McMillan by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
We send receipts for tax purposes for any gift over $20.00. However, if your gift is less than $20.00 and you would like a receipt, please just let us know and we will be happy to send you one.
