BrainWAVE invites its members to lunch followed by a Western Hockey League game!

Join BrainWAVE for lunch, visit the Oilers Hall of Fame Room and a WHL hockey game:

  • 11:30am. Meet at MATCH Eatery and Public House for lunch. 
     
  • After lunch, go to the Oilers Hall of Fame Room (44 years of Oilers’ history) to have your picture taken with Louie the Lion (Oil Kings’ mascot). 
     
  • Your seats for the WHL game are in the lower bowl of Rogers Place. Puck drops at 2pm! 
     
  • Tickets are limited! RSVP today! Note that families will be responsible for their own parking.

Please note: Registration for this event is open to pediatric brain tumour patients / survivors and their immediate family only. We request that you do not purchase/consume alcohol at any BrainWAVE events.

Lunch is provided. Meal comes with coffee, tea or pop. For registering, please indicate your meal choice on the registration form.   

Kids Menu (ages 12 and under):  

  1. Mini burgers - 2 slider burgers topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and ketchup.  Served with a side of fries 
  2. Chicken strips - Crispy chicken tenders, with shoestring fries.  
  3. Mac & cheese – Fresh macaroni noodles tossed in creamy cheese sauce topped with panko crumbs for a little crunch.

    Adult Menu: (choice of fries or house salad) 
     
  4. Steak sandwich - (rare, medium, or well done) - 6 oz. flat iron steak on toasted garlic French loaf, crispy onion strings, roasted grape tomatoes, and garlic aioli. 
  5. Blackened chicken sandwich - Blackened chicken breast topped with bacon, Monterey jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, house mayo, on toasted baguette. 
  6. Big Toasted Veggie sandwich - Roasted beets & Portobello mushroom, hummus, goat cheese, lettuce, tomato, sprouts, crispy onion ring, served on toasted multigrain bread. 

Please indicate if there are any food restrictions/requirements and/or mobility restrictions/requirements. 

A meal will be provided before the game, yet any snacks during the game shall be the responsibility of each family. Note: Alcohol is not permitted at any BrainWAVE events.

Please RSVP as soon as possible as there are a limit on the number of tickets available.
