Dick “Bunny” Achen

Dick has lived his life in Saskatchewan, both in the country and in Saskatoon. He is a lifelong golfer and Maple Leafs fan. He loves to play cards and computer games. He has been married to Vi for 40 years, with three daughters and one grandchild. Dick is a 15 year member of the Centennial Lions Club and served as the provincial delegate to the Canadian Diabetes Association. He really hated when his golf game went to pot last summer, just before he was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumour. He kept his sense of humour and love for friends and family while in care for the past 8 months.
