    Please make cheque(s) payable to: Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada.
     
  • If your gift is a tribute gift, please indicate the name and address of the person being honoured, if you can provide a name and address, notification will be sent to that person letting them know of your thoughtful gift.
     
  • If your gift is a memorial gift, please indicate the name of the person being remembered, and the name and address of the next of kin to whom the acknowledgement should be sent, notifying them of your thoughtful gift.
