Sosido

Sosido for brain tumour health care professionalsBrain Tumour Foundation of Canada has partnered with the Sosido Network - which is an online knowledge sharing platform designed to speed clinical knowledge exchange between healthcare professionals (HCPs). Sosido bridges the silos of specialty, discipline and centre to speed knowledge transfer, promote collaboration, and publicize the contributions of our neuro-oncology and neuroscience groups to the broader healthcare community.

This partnership with Sosido will benefit the brain tumour community in many ways, including:

  • Creating a stronger connection and community amongst HCPs working with patients with brain tumours
  • Raising awareness of brain tumour research, within the community and across the Sosido network
  • Promoting the organization's educational initiatives and resources across the Sosido network
  • Providing a secure Q&A forum, including searchable archive of previous discussions that you can use
  • Increasing the reach of Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada and growing the HCP community, particularly in the key opinion leader physician segment.
Please note: Sosido is a platform for Health Care Professionals only. The Q&A forum is not for anyone seeking medical advice. If you have personally been affected by a brain tumour, we urge you to seek specific medical advice on individual matters of concern.

You can tap into this knowledge and network by adding your name to the Sosido / Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada list of members and you will receive:

  • A weekly email digest (“Sosido Notes”) which provides a summary of the activity in the brain tumour community; members don’t have to log in to participate, and anything that’s important will come to your inbox.
  • The chance to ask and answer questions in a secure members-only area.
  • Updates on new publications authored by their association colleagues. Sosido automatically delivers a current and complete snapshot of the work of a community, without effort by members.
