Elle et son \u00e9quipe Neurinome Acoustique pr\u00e9voient de participer \u00e0 la Marche des tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales de Kitchener-Waterloo cette ann\u00e9e ; les deux derni\u00e8res marches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 virtuelles en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je pense que c&rsquo;est une occasion pour les survivants, les familles et les amis de sensibiliser la population \u00e0 la maladie, de recueillir des fonds et de soutenir les ressources communautaires offertes par la Fondation canadienne des tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales \u00bb, affirme Traci.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-7538\" style=\"padding-top: 15px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.braintumour.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Traci-Chambers.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement est une occasion de se rassembler partout \u00e0 travers le Canada, en se souvenant et en c\u00e9l\u00e9brant nos h\u00e9ros. Chaque dollar recueilli permet de r\u00e9aliser des progr\u00e8s dans la recherche critique, de sensibiliser et d&rsquo;\u00e9duquer les gens et d&rsquo;offrir un soutien continu.<\/p>\n<p>Mais surtout, la Fondation canadienne des tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales offre de l&rsquo;espoir \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 des personnes atteintes de tumeurs c\u00e9r\u00e9brales. Pour Traci, \u00ab l&rsquo;espoir signifie continuer les efforts pour trouver un rem\u00e8de, soutenir notre communaut\u00e9 et avoir la foi qu&rsquo;un jour personne n&rsquo;entendra la nouvelle d&rsquo;un diagnostic de tumeur c\u00e9r\u00e9brale.
