Calgary Game & Collectors Show

The Calgary Game & Collectors Show is more than a celebration of gaming and collecting culture; it is a community gathering built on connection, creativity, and shared passion.

Taking place on May 30, 2026, this event is dedicated to the memory of Benjamin Simbirski (known to friends as Benson), a beloved friend and fixture in Calgary’s gaming community who inspired kindness, inclusivity and a genuine love for bringing people together. Ben passed away in 2021 from a glioblastoma brain tumour, and his spirit continues to motivate us to create events that unite people and make a difference.

Our shows have always partnered with charities, and with 2026 marking the five-year anniversary of Ben’s passing, we felt it was especially meaningful to collaborate with Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada. Through this partnership, we are proud to honour Ben’s legacy, raise awareness, and support those affected by brain tumours while celebrating the sense of community that defined who he was.
