Support Group Volunteer

Our support groups are entirely volunteer-led, making dedicated volunteers essential to their success. Whether you have personal experience with a brain tumour, a passion for helping others, or skills in facilitation, your involvement can make a profound difference in the lives of those seeking connection and guidance.

Ideas of how to get involved:

  • Start a support group in your area if there isn’t one already.
  • Offer to lead, co-lead, or become more active in your local support group.
  • Visit the support group page to learn more about Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada’s support groups and programs.
Take the next step
Join our Volunteer Information Sessions to learn more about Support Group opportunities and find out how you can become part of a dedicated volunteer community. If you’re ready to get involved or have questions about the roles, please contact us at volunteers@braintumour.ca.
