Youth Education Awards – Deadline to apply

Our Youth Education Awards support young brain tumour survivors as they pursue post-secondary education, helping reduce barriers and recognize the resilience they demonstrate throughout diagnosis, treatment and survivorship. Made possible through the generosity of our donors, these awards provide dedicated funding to support young survivors across Canada as they work toward their educational goals.

In this video, Elliot Turner, one of last year’s recipients, shares what receiving a Youth Education Award meant to him and how it helped him continue his studies. Applications are now open to eligible survivors aged 16 to 30 who were diagnosed before age 25 and are currently enrolled in, or planning to continue, post-secondary studies. The deadline to apply is Friday, May 1, 2026.
