A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. is our Hashtag Sponsor for a Third Year in a Row
Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada would like to thank Al’s Flower Pouch by A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. for being our #BrainTumourWalk hashtag sponsor for a third year in a row! We are very excited to be partnering with A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. and to have their support in our quest to find a cure for brain tumours.
Al’s Flower Pouch is a vertical hanging planter. More than 1,300,000 flower pouches have been printed by A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. with Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada’s logo and contact information. These flower pouches have been sold across Canada to raise awareness for brain tumours.
This year, instead of one national walk day, the Brain Tumour Walk will be held over an entire weekend from June 17-19, 2022, to better accommodate different time zones, schedules, and weather. A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. will donate 27 cents every time you use the hashtag #BrainTumourWalk on social media between June 17 and 19, 2022.
“Since my own brain tumour diagnosis, I’ve felt that getting information into patients’ hands is very important. Our partnership with Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada has helped raise more than $125,000 to connect Canadians with resources that help them with their brain tumour journey,” says Rick Bradt, Managing Director of A.M.A. Horticulture Inc.
A.M.A. Horticulture Inc., which celebrated its 40th anniversary this year, has been an important supporter of Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada for the last 20 years. A few weeks ago, another donation of $10,000 was presented at A.M.A. Horticulture Inc.’s 40th anniversary luncheon. Thank you A.M.A. Horticulture Inc. for your continued support over the years!
We encourage everyone to get involved and show their support for brain tumour patients and survivors across the country by participating in our 2022 Brain Tumour Walk Weekend. Don’t forget to share your pictures and videos on social media using the hashtag #BrainTumourWalk.
